I have known Jay for years….he used to drive 45 min each way on a Saturday to take my 30 min TRX class. I saw his own personal fitness journey unfold, and a few months into the pandemic I messaged him to ask if he would take me on as a client. He jumped in and we started with virtual sessions. As a lifelong athlete and fitness professional myself, I started humbly. Jay was patient and continues to see me through middle age, several medical procedures, life crises and my incessant self criticism. He is a completely proficient and skilled trainer, I am stronger now in my mid 50’s than ever! He is the role model of what the fitness industry needs…..humble yet accomplished, understanding yet challenging…..he’s got me for life!

I started working out again at Crunch Fitness, focusing on the bike and lifting weights regularly. Eventually, I hit a point where I wasn’t sure how to progress. One day, I asked Jay a question about the different pulldown mechanisms, and the way he took the time to explain everything showed me he was the right trainer for me. Since then, we’ve worked together to build my exercise tolerance. Jay has been incredibly supportive, always adjusting to my needs and creating a safe, comfortable environment where I can build my fitness. Thanks to him, my overall strength and endurance have significantly improved, and I feel closer than ever to reaching my goals.
